they say don't buy cheap cheap filters. So far never had problems with this. Just been consistent on my oil changes intervals. So why spend on expensive filters that this cheap one does the same thing as the expensive one. So do yourself a favor. Spend wisely.

cheap %26 good is a hard combo to find... I use these to do my LOF using SuperTech Advanced Synthetic engine oil. I have long peroids of idling and find this to be the best combination to keep lifter operation quiet like a mouse and engine purring like a kitten. Between the filter and the oil I have noticed a considerable decrease in carbon buildup meaning the filter is trapping what the oil is loosening. Hard to beat that! An oil filter that strains particulates that still allows good oil pressure. You can find filters that block more crud but they will either fill up then use the bypass (not good) or they will restrict and starve oil pressure (not good). If you wanna have clean oil change the filter more often - don't kill the motor with an overkill filter...
