There are two reasons I would not recommend this product and dealing with Walmart. The first is that I ordered this product based on the picture that was shown and when I received the product, it looked nothing like the picture. So I returned it to a Walmart near me and they gave me a credit for the amount of the necklace plus part of the tax, but not the “below minimum charge” which was an additional $6.99 plus some additional tax for a total of $7.41. I was told by the store that I would get that back if I called the office of customer service. I have made two calls and both people I spoke to said I would get the additional amount refunded and I would be hearing something within 24 to 48 hours. Well it has now been five days and I haven't heard a thing. Prior to this I thought dealing with Walmart was fairly good. I would really appreciate someone to contact me.
