Its sugar coating helps with my sweet craving. After I have them the sweet craving goes away. this is my first time trying this product. The gummies are very sweet, which I'm guessing masks, the earthy taste of the beets that they are made from. I have only been taking them for about 20 days so I cannot attest to their health benefits in lowering blood pressure, etc. I will consider buying them again as part of a healthy eating plan.
