Instructions
To apply: 1. Clean and dry your denture. 2. With dry hands, peel open and remove strips. 3. Lightly moisten one strip at a time with water. 4. Place strips as shown, not too close to denture edges. Do not overlap strips. (Tear strips if needed.) 5. Rinse mouth with water before inserting denture. 6. Press denture in place, hold firmly and bite down. Helpful Hint: Another way to apply is to place dry strips on a wet denture. To remove dentures and adhesive: 1. Swish your mouth with warm water and take denture out slowly by using a rocking motion. 2. Wipe adhesive residue from gums and denture with a soft, moist cloth. 3. Brush denture with a soft brush under running water and soak in Polident Denture Cleanser.

These are easy to use and great when you're in a hurry or for taking on vacation. I just throw them in an empty pill bottle so they don't get smashed or wrinkled. Very comfortable unlike dental cream coming out the sides and back lol 😂. They do a great job on holding your dentures into place. I liked that them being strips I could control ehere I put them. That was very important to me because the roof of my mouth is shaped different on my left side. The strip held it where I needed my plate to be. I would not recommend to use it for short term holding. It had a longer holding then I thought it would. Be new denture wearer I wasn't expecting. Good to know.

Super Poligrip Strips
I found the hold lasted all day. They worked very well at sealing out food particles, but only on my upper dentures. I noticed a difference in gum irritation while using these strips on my upper dentures. They do not work well for me on my lower dentures, but on my upper dentures, they work very well.
