These are easy to use and great when you're in a hurry or for taking on vacation. I just throw them in an empty pill bottle so they don't get smashed or wrinkled. Very comfortable unlike dental cream coming out the sides and back lol 😂. They do a great job on holding your dentures into place. No problem with the dentures coming loose while eating or drinking ( with normal use) I highly recommend these dental strips.
