I've been taking this liquid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking this liquid vitamin for a while, and I really like it! The taste reminds me of apple cider vinegar — a bit tangy but not too strong. After taking it, I feel more energetic and alert throughout the day. It's easy to take and seems to really work for me!

I have never used something

I have not noticed a difference in my hair yet, but I do feel like it is a good supplement in the winter time when you are not getting much natural light
