Three a day keeps the colace away ;) These are delicious and of very high quality. Every prune is uniform in size. I also like the SunSweet prunes in the canister, but those tend to be stickier, softer, and not as uniformly sized. As I tend to dislike sticky fingers, I opt for these as I can eat the prune out of the wrapper without touching it.
