I ordered a Spa Cover way back in the summer. It finally arrived but it was the WRONG COLOR(grey) and the wrong size(90). I reported it to WAL MART and the makers of the COVER . I paid by card for $560.00.. I thought I was going to get a refund but I didn't so I read on a text somewhere (that I can't find now) the new cover should be delivered around the 17 or 19 of November. Well that's what date it is today and I've heard nothing. I ordered Brown 74” Spa Cover and received nothing so far . You have record of account numbers and dates in your records. I still HAVE THE GREY 90 “ in its original box. Please help me with this issue. I want this removed from my area . It has sat here for months and we haven't been able to use our Spa because the old Cover is too hard to take off. Someone from Walmart was suppose to call me back but never did. Then there was the issue of the makers needing to refund the money. That's not right…I have a brand new Spa Cover Never out of the box bi can't use . You have $560.00 I paid for a Cover I still don't have. I'm concerned AND upset. Please respond.
