Very nice - bed is toasty!

Ive had this product about a week and it is great so far. I would recommend it to others for sure! I will say that the lights on the controls are dim, and the instructions and the web seem to say nothing about what the "preheat" function does exactly. Those are minor though, so 5 stars.

Surprised

The first one we bought, the heating pad did not heat up. Called Sunbeam, was told to take it back to store, had to order another one. My husband is paralyzed from the waits down and he just can't stay warm. I was afraid having a heated mattress pad would be like sleeping on railroad tracks. He can't feel any wires and this keep his legs nice and warm.
