What you need:2 1/2 cups water.1 egg, well beaten.Soy sauce (optional).Preparations:1. Combine soup mix with water in medium-size saucepan.2. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.3. Gradually add egg to boiling soup, stirring gently in one direction.4. Remove from heat, season with soy sauce if desired.For a heartier soup, add cubed tofu, sliced mushrooms and chopped green onions.Makes 3 servings, about 1 cup each as prepared above.
