Summit Trail Climber SUV2 All Season 225/55R18 98V SUV/Crossover Tire

I was a little nervous ordering tires online but i took a chance. So far they are still very new on my car and they seem like a quiet tire. Our streets are very bad in our area so of course the car has that rough noise but not as bad as when my baldys were on. But when driving on the highway they are quiet and the ride is smooth. The price was right and afforadable..But the service at Vanguard in Sheboygan was awful . They canceled my appointment the day before 1 hour before my appointment. Then they did not reschedule in their system and wrote my appointment on a peice of paper. My cancellation came through online as i did not show for my appointment and that i needed to reschedule which they did already. So since i paid online with a company that i could make by weekly payments to for tires i lost the installation fee i already paid for and no one there really cared. When i got there for my appointment the older gentleman was rude to all us customers that came to the counter complaining they were behind and not enough workers..Then when i wanted to know how i could get my installatin added back on my payment plan i already paid them for online he was clueless and called his leader. My appointment was for 2pm..The leader took 20 minutes to get to Auto area only to tell me no i have to pay for installation today it was lost because of cancellation. which was not my fault they cancelled and he just looked at me like i was s stupid woman which made me more mad. finally my car got in at 2:45 pm and done at 4pm.. The older gentleman was rude to the younger techs too when they would come out to ask a question he would snap at them and tell them they had to wait when he had time he would get there. I want to know why the leader was not helping his team while they were busy. I see why the turnover of workers is so great there...As for the tires I do like them .

These tires are excellent! They ride very smoothly and are impressively quiet on the roadway. I've been very happy with the performance so far and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable set.
