Summit Trail Climber HT II 255/65R18 111T Commercial Tire

The product was great just what i needed. The customer service was less than picking up the items in stupid when they arrived as we go to walk out the store with the items and receipt in hand they ask to see our receipt which we showed. We then get accused of stealing one of the tires because the receipt “is only for one tire” we're showing the associate that its 2 of the same item on the receipt at which point he starts to argue with us. I even showed him it was a pickup order where i ordered 2 tires and where he continues to insist we paid for one and stole the other. It took a manager to look at our receipt to finally be let out of the store with our purchase. Disappointing experience with customer service. Unfortunately we were not from around the area which the appreciate made clear was the reason we were “stealing”. Do better people.
