Not as pictured, sleeves stick up and are flouncy

The back of the dress didn't have a liner like the rest of the dress...why? Why would you line everything but then opt to NOT LINE THE BACK!???? I had to buy fabric and sew it in. And of course it's not the same exact color. I also sew fabric under the sleeves because they were way too flouncy and looked ridiculous on me. Nothing like the model. The skirt is also not as full as pictured. It's more straight A-line.
