Excellent performance at reasonable price

I was looking for a cost effective replacement tire for my wife's 2011 Nissan Murano. After much research I decided on the Sumitomo HTR A/S P03 due to its good reviews on the internet and reasonable price. I'm really glad that I chose this tire, it handles better, rides smoother, and is much quieter than the much more expensive Michelin's that were previously installed. Since this tire is a performance rated tire, I was initially concerned after making my decision and ordering this tire that it might ride a little firmer than my wife would prefer. But I took the chance and after her first drive those concerns were completely unfounded. The difference since installing these tires is so pronounced that my wife has noted how much smoother and quiet these tires are and how much better the car stops and drives. Since these were for my wife's car and since she is happy with the choice I made it was a win/win: good performance at a good price and a happy wife. So if you are on the fence about whether to buy the Sumitomo's or another brand, I don't think you will be disappointed if you take a chance like I did and buy the Sumitomo's based on my experience.

Sumitomo HTT all season Tires at Wal mart

My appointment was at 7am so I got there at 7 am. The one service guy that was there said, sorry, we can't sign you in because there is only one person here. Ok fine, but then he said I have lost my appointment and I would have to go back and reschedule a new appointment. So glad I took the day off and scheduled an early appointment that they waited that minute to tell me it was not possible. so a multi billion dollar company can't teach employees what an appointment is! No call or warning saying so. Multibillion dollar company also had no WiFi so they couldn't reschedule right away. It turned out great though after all. Kudos to the service manager, as he was very helpful and apologetic. I'm happy with my transaction due the the great customer service the service manager provided to me. The guy that changed the tires though could use some lessons in customer service. Or at least training on how to be a good human being. Maybe he is not human though, so I'll forgive him.
