Superior to other digestions shots, in my opinion. Excellent flavor (just the right zing of ginger and sweetness from the pineapple) and it has worked really well for my digestion from these ingredients and the probiotics. I have slow digestion (diagnosed) and after researching the effects of ginger on digestion, I tried Suja and a handful of other shots to try them out. Suja Ginger Pineapple shot was definitely the clear winner for me. Not to sound gross - but it has helped the "upper" stomach process from the ginger and the "lower" process because of the probiotic...
