Suicide squad teen joker costume

The costume is fine, but there were items missing from my package. I am furious. I paid for the entire costume and to my knowledge I am delivered a package that does not have all the items in it. All of the makeup, or makeup kit was missing. Which meant I had to go out and spend more money on costume make up. Very disappointed. I expected more from Walmart.
