This is a European product and my baby is developed diaper rash after 11months. He never had diaper rash before. I was suggested this from my daycare provider and needs to be tried. It's pretty thick which gave an impression it will work. She was using this cream on her daughter for more than 2 years l and had no diaper rash till date. This is the reason k have 5 starts that it works

I found out about sudocreme on a visit over to the UK. I used to have to bring some back with me in my luggage. I'm so glad I'm seeing it on Walmart. The shipment is fast. The product is good for eczema. Diaper rash, dry skin and many skin ailments. I dare say better than any I've tried from here - my opinion. It's not a lotion, more of a thin paste but I love it. You don't need a lot to achieve big results.
