The headband and wristband set is quite thick. I wasn't so sure about it at first, but the material is really good. Right out of the bag, I do think it's a bit on the small size (like for women or juniors), but I know for a fact that it eventually stretches out. It's comfortable enough to allow breathing and easy movement, but tight enough to keep in place. It soaks up sweat like nobody's business too! That's the main thing. I bring this with me to the gym or when I'm out running with my dog, but I actually also have another one at home in my drawer too for when I wash my face every morning and evening, because it really is of comfortable quality material and inexpensive. Over time, it does stretch out (from wear and tear, as well as from washing), so changing it out is a good idea once in a while – although, the one I use in the bathroom has lasted a long time, and I don't intend on changing that out for a few years… The wristbands are a good set. It's like a fashion statement, so I don't like to mismatch. Buying them as a set makes sure the colors and texture doesn't look off. Also, I'd recommend washing the headband AND the wristbands together so that the colors are even. If you wash just the headbands more often, the color will fade a bit more (only a bit off, but I notice these kinds of things when people are mismatched).
