The ONLY OTC medication out there that works for my congestion. It worked wonders when I had Covid and just could not breathe, as well as relieving the worst case of head congestion. I'm not sure if it's just me but it also knocks me OUT like a light which is nice when you're sick and just want to sleep.

Ordered online and love this product. It has helped my pain, fever, headaches and cough significantly. I use it with another product and switch it out with the other product I use. They both work well and have helped me heal faster and better. I didn't feel like much was working even prescription meds my doctor prescribed to me. Maybe it's sinusitis or spring allergies but whatever this product has worked and helped me. Will purchase again. No issues.
