Through his project Super Fata, artist and musician Jan Roos explores the possibilities of music as a language for expressing experiences and themes within the outer realms of the human experience. The fundamental idea behind quot;Structural Tendencyquot; was to create an aural space that connects the listener thematically both to the smallest and the largest, perceived order and chaos and, perhaps most of all, the connection between these assumed polarities. 'Structural Tendency' travels between these polarities; from atonality and drones, dissonances slowly aligning themselves with similar frequencies, evolving further into harmonious space music, before dissolving yet again, describing processes that are both internal and external.
