Once assembled, I found this hose reel cart to be a sturdy, reliable piece of equipment, designed to hold up for the long haul. When buying this, read and pay attention to the reviews of other purchasers, which I found to be accurate. Although I didn't find assembly to be especially challenging, don't expect it to go together quickly - don't be in a hurry. I recommend laying out all the parts roughly in the configuration of the assembled product. As experienced by other reviewers, some of the bolt holes on the tubular parts don't quite line up, or seem to be out of round. I found some of the holes to be partially blocked by the powder coating material. I didn't have to drill out any of the holes; drift pins got them aligned so the fasteners could get through. The fasteners are metric. Here is a list of the tools I needed for assembly: Wrench, 14mm, for hex head bolts Wrench, 13mm, for anti-vibe hex nuts Wrench, 10mm, for anti-vibe hex nuts for crank handle assembly Phillips screwdriver, for crank handle assembly mounting screws Needle nose pliers, to assist in placement of nylon spacer between handle bars Drift pin set, to assist with alignment of bolt holes Rubber mallet, to provide "gentile persuasion" when needed. I don't work fast, it took me about 45 minutes to get this together. I have 100 feet of 5/8" hose on it currently. I'm glad to have it.
