Excellent quality!
These are so easy to take, simply twist the cap until 5 pellets are dispensed in the cap, don't touch them just pop in your mouth, no need to chew or swallow they dissolve very quickly. You can take with water or food or even on an empty stomach. The best way to get thw most out of them is to take a the first sign of symptoms. I have found them to be very effective!
