8 weeks ago I had severe gum pain and bleeding, swollen and out of control. I have used this for 8 weeks, twice a day, and gargled Listerine (purple) for 1 minute twice a day. I recommend 1 minute gargling at a time, since 30 seconds didn't seem enough to affect the health of the gums. Now I am completely healed 100% praise God.

I have been using Crest Gum Detoxify along with an Oral B sonic toothbrush for about six months.
