Works well but tines on 2nd shelf are a puzzle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rack configuration has me confused. it is so unlike my old Dishwasher. I tried reconfiguring the offset times on the middle shelf of the dishwasher so they were straight across from each other but they were then too close together to make saucers stay upright. I even went back to the store to look at the display model to see if maybe mine was defective. It wasn't and the sales guy agreed and didn't know why the tines were not across from each other. I reveiwed the manual again and then notice they were using it for drinking glasses which seemed unsteady when I tried it that way.

best dishwasher ever!!!

Just get it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although we have only had our new dishwasher a few days I can tell its going to be amazing! Our old one was 14 years old, brand new when we purchased the home. I did the jib but without the bells and whistles this new one has. Love, love the quiet of the dishwasher. Quality construction and quality install.
