The ladder it's is exceptional 👌. My only thing is that when i received it, i receive it in used condition, not new. no wrapping nor new paper on it. Scratches and marks on it. i called to at leadt get a discount, i was told not eligible for that. was really upset about that. Why pay money for something new to turn around and received in used condition.

I am handicap and should not be on ladders in the first place but! lol the one i had was painful for me to use and bulky. I love this ladder, ease of use and does not hurt my drop foot while standing on it for a short period of time, i would buy it again hands down.

This is a fantastic ladder design. The fact that it turns into a small extension ladder means it's the only ladder I need to buy. It's obviously a small extension ladder but it's enough to get me on the roof of my home. Truly worth the price and then some.
