Really great flavor - the maple is noticeable and adds just enough sweetness. I figured out that I can get a pretty easy monthly meal thing going on for little money by purchasing this bag of 50 along with the 36 pack of eggs and two bags of the 24 count frozen pancakes. Whether I'm having scrambled eggs for breakfast or my son is making me a homemade egg McMuffin these sausages are the best. You might be thinking how do you have them on an Egg McMuffin? Will you just take three of them and put them on top and the egg and then add your cheese and put another muffin on top. They work perfectly and the nice maple flavor is delicious. I also enjoy them with just my scrambled eggs or cut up and put in my scrambled eggs or my son likes to make this breakfast scramble as he calls it, it has potatoes, onions, cut up sausage eggs, tomatoes and cheese. It's delicious and then we top it with a little salsa.
