This is a cheap little phone that I already own for my work purposes. Removable battery and a headphone jack. I had a friend and a domestic violence situation and so I bought her this phone for her safety. I returned it just because she was too scared to keep it in the house. PS this particular version is newer than my phone I bought in december. It has an upgraded operating system and is a little snappier than my phone. It is also small enough to text with in one hand which can be good or bad depending.
