love the phone but was difficult to get the promo deal when no walmart had the phone on hand so i never got the promo code to redeem the free month of service ended up buying the the phone online from walmart other than straight talk to get the promo deal but nothing but me spending more money than had too

Great phone,great price. Just know that if you order a carrier phone online its going to place your order to the closest store with OSL representatives. For me, I had to pay an uber 4 times because the first two the OSL representatives did not activate the phone. In my assessment, this error happened because the online pickup department didn't even know the phone had to be activated by the OSL representative. Therefore, after picking uo my phone and bringing it home to activate, I was surprised to learn that I had to go back to the store I bought the phone from and have the OSL representative activate it. unfortunately, the store that was selected was a 25 Mile round trip Uber. You can imagine my frustration.
