Overall i am satisfied with this purchase. Recieved 1 week after ordering. My only issues were that i was overcharged $5 on the sales tax. Didnt seem worth the effort to try to get fixed for $5. Also the switch from 1 phone to the other resulted in neither 1 of them working. Had to borrow another phone to contact straight talk and after 5 minutes of getting thru menus was able to get a human on the phone who eventually got the phone working. She was very nice. Other than that it all was fine

ive had this phone for several months. no issues at all except the camera isnt as good as my last galaxy phone. this is a 5g phone. memory space is good. it uses verizon towers. once the price lowers i will purchase another phone like this for my husband to replace is 4g galaxy A20 phone
