very disappointed

I ordered this phone on line and I picked it up. When I went to activate it it said it wasn't able to activate so I used chat and the people from straight talk told me that walmart didn't scan the device and that I had to take it back to walmart to get it scanned so I did but Walmart in store told me that they couldn't scan it. That if you buy them online they can not scan to activate.So I had to get a refund. I am very disappointed. I have ordered several phones and could always get them activated. Not sure whats going on at walmart.
