Phone works fine, but tracfone is a much better deal. unless you need unlimited service I recommend tracfone pay as you go.

Could be better

Phone frequently shows a text box that states Call Failed. Phone is fully charged and has service. Only way to fix it has been to turn off the device and try again. Disappointed. Phone always shows LTE in the corner even when it's on WiFi in my home. Not sure why. Can't get Google Maps to share location and Google Family Link is not available in the app store. This makes the phone unable to share location. If your child is in an emergency somewhere and you are dependent on this phone, I hope you have life insurance. Purchased for calling and location sharing only. Both are a disaster. Activation process was easy but could always be better. All in all, a ho hum one star experience.
