Best To Buy Directly From Store

For the $50 I paid for this, I have no complaints regarding the actual phone. However, be advised that you may run into problems trying to activate this if you buy it online. Apparently, WalMart staff are supposed to scan these a second time to activate them and make them eligible for Straight Talk service activation. That step seems to be getting skipped when you buy it online and causes the Straight Talk online activation to fail with an error - "Not eligible for activation" . You may or may not be able to get Straight Talk's customer service reps to bypass this; if not, you will have to take it back to a store for the second scan or send it back for a refund. I hear that it is best to just purchase these in person from the electronics section of your local store, since they are trained in the necessary steps for selling these.

Good Phone . More than fair price .

Have owned several Moto phones in the past. Well made . Lots of memory . Excellent Camera . Medium price point . Actually would put a middle of the road Moto up against any of the higher end Samsungs or I phones . Bottom line is will it make and not drop calls . Remember, its a phone , not social plumage . Bells and whistles wont potentially save your life in an emergency. But a good soild reliable phone could .

I need to upgrade to a faster phone. 5G is one of the features of this phone. it's easy to use and easy to set up. although I am 100% satisfied this is my third Moto G5 g phone purchased from Walmart in the past 60 days the first two I purchased the screen is cracked of course I dropped them and his face down and cracked screens they were both replaced by the service plan and it's the third one and I didn't get the service plan on it I bought a cover case for it. I would recommend this phone to my family friends or anybody else looking for a new phone I hope you enjoy yours
