Don't purchase online

I ordered this with my grocery pick up from my local store. I did not activate the card due to it was a Christmas gift. When we did give it with the phone we was told the actual card was scanned for purchase but the card was not activated. I spent 45 min store and they could not do anything. So I called 1800 Walmart and they couldn't do anything either. They offered to reimburse me for the card and I was fine with that. Then when I hang up I noticed they only reimbursed me for the $1.99 SIM card and not the actual $35 phone card. So now I'm out the money for a card and a few more days that my son can not use his phone. My advice is go into the store and make these purchases because if not they will not take it back and they will not fix the problem.

Horrible

First chip wasn't activated and the second one activated and then two days later they abruptly cut my Service off and said that my phone wasn't unlocked by previous self phone service provider. So I'm out 60 bucks plus the gas and other phone service

GO INSIDE TO BUY!!!

I ordered mine through curbside pickup. Who ever got my order together did not scan it so the PIN was invalid. I took it back first thing in the morning and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I called Walmart customer service and they said the same thing. So I returned the phone but lost the $35 for the service card. NEVER AGAIN! I lost $35 for something that wasn't even my fault!
