Unable to activate no refund issued

Unable to use on the phone I purchased with it, as a package. I can't get it refunded, I highly recommend starting with a lower price prepaid card, so you can lose 25$ instead of 45$. Or don't give your money away at all and go with a different company.

I did not like the fact that I bought a phone and ordered the phone card and did not receive it it is not something that is ever out of stock all they have to do is scan a plastic card and give a PIN number and I believe I thought it was going to be emailed the PIN but was not so now I have a phone ordered for the purpose with express delivery to turn the phone on immediately and I have to wait another day in that case I could have went to myself now I have a phone that is not active not happy with that
