We first purchased a Bose Sound Bar.($219). It just did not give us the full range of sound we were looking for. Then our daughter gave us the Visio Smartcast which is designed for Vizio sets for Christmas - WOW big difference! The wireless sub woofer and rear set of speakers (wired from the sub-woofer) gives us all the sound we were expecting. Great unit.
