We have a tiny guest cottage above the house, where you could get our Wifi internet but weakly. This extender worked for us. The setup was simple. Be patient in the setup, both in the initial step where you put the extender in the same room as your router and thereafter. It takes a bit longer for the device to "think" its way through your connection. The cottage is thirty or forty yards away.
