I use this particular brand of turmeric because there is no black pepper in it. I use it along with milk thistle for every meal to block the absorption of iron due to hemochromatosis. I also use turmeric because of its anti-inflammatory constituent. I get this regularly since I use it often and it was cheaper than Amazon and the delivery was faster.

This product is easy to take and digest.

The bottle was easy to open, and the pill was easy to swallow. There wasn't a taste when swallowing. You do have to ensure you drink a lot of water to help your body digest.
