This item was produced by Moen. It is an exact duplicate of the original part. It came with all the parts for installation. It took about 10 minutes to replace the broken part with thee new one.

Great service from Moen but new part is plastic as opposed to the original part that was made out of metal. The replacement it fine but I would have rather paid more for a part like the original that was metal.
