Regalo Swing Down Crib Rail with Reinforced Safety Anchor, Metal, 33 inches Long for Ages 2-5 Years

I bought this for my mother who has Parkinson's and dementia. She can't walk anymore but tries to get out of bed by herself. After falling out of the bed once, I decided to try this before she falls again and hurts herself. It works great because we lower it to put her in bed, then raise it to keep her safe. My dad sleeps on the other side so she is safe. Not just for children but vulnerable adults too. Thanks!

I would rather invest in this than have my baby fall out the bed. I found this toddler rail fairly easy to put together. There is not many parts and no screws making assembling very easy. I did find the instructions very easy to use. One problem I did run into is placing the cover over the iron rail. I did find that the rails that came had a little rust, but since it is covered it should be ok. Placing the toddler rail on the bed took more time than any of the assembly. The instructions really did not state how to tighten the toddler rail to the crib. But you will find it easy after a few times of doing it repeatedly. I really like it because it did exactly what it suppose to do. Keep a baby from rolling out the bed. There is no down fall on this crib rail. I give it 5 stars. Easy to get use to (I said that like I'm sleeping in the crib) not noticeable when you walk in the room. It will also help transition my child very fast. Only because it's not so high up. Great design and light weight. Again I recommend this crib rail 100 percent. Once it is locked in place it is secure so you won't have to worry about it coming off of the crib, Unless you take the mattress off.
