I don't have dandruff, but I have an itchy scalp. My dermatologist gave me a topical solution when he saw marks on my scalp left by my own fingernails. It gave me relief, but only for a few hours. I combine this conditioner with the Royal Oils shampoo and will go through the whole day, sometimes even two, without itchy distress.
