I used Cherry Jello in a Christmas dessert called "Cranberries in the Snow". I mixed it with fresh cranberries that were cooked until they popped, mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple and pecans. This dish was wonderful! After the jello mixture was refrigerated for 2 hours. It was topped with a mixture of marshmallow cream, cream cheese and cool whip and added pecan pieces.
