was sent to wrong address. when ordered i didn't realize that the address correct on my phone had changed the address so i never received the item. the customer service person i talked to sent an email to the company for a replacement and instead they refunded my money, now i can't find this item for the same price. not satisfied. i still do not have a water heater.
