Cocoa Dust Bowl! Very poor manufacturing!!

Extremely poor packaging!! It comes with plastic on the outside of the lid holding it to the container. No seal! The mailing box was crazy, dusty with cocoa all over everything. And when opening the cocoa, I found it just barely half full. Come on!! All it would need is a peel off plastic seal on the container then put the lid on! This was expensive!!! So disappointed!!!
