For the money, this headache rack is a fantastic find. Having looked for the right headache rack for months, I bought this one the moment I saw it (for my 3rd gen RAM 2500). The powder coat is absolutely top-notch - thick, durable, no light spots. Installation was easy enough - the J-bolts can't be tightened down as much as you'd like because they're just in the stake pocket holes, so if you can use bolts into the bed rails, you'll obviously want to do that, and run two bolts as far forward as you can for stability near the gusset material It can be wiggled slightly once installed, so you're not going to mount your winch to it or anything, but you probably expected that. I added a Unistrut rail across the top of mine for mounting lights and antennas.

When this rack arrived, I had my doubts as the packaging was horrific. Looks like it went through a war. However when opened, found it was wrapped extremely well. Looked showroom perfect, less a gak here and there. Assembled easily but was not thrilled about drilling holes through the bed rails of a brand new truck and the mounting brackets do not fit the bed as they should - too narrow. Tracked down the factory bed rail holes and redrilled the rack to use those - no problem. Looks great and everyone loves it. Now I don't have to worry about anything crashing through the back window and makes a great mounting point for both forward and rear facing light bars.
