VERY THICK! Not an everyday breakfast bacon. Flavor is Great. Would be excellent as a party treat / snack on a cracker with cheese or whatever. Slow cooking under the Oven Broiler on a sheet pan is best, Skillet 2nd, Air Fryer okay, Bar-B-Quing it would be interesting. Microwaving it requires attention so it won't burn in spots. Choose your package carefully since the fat is Thick as well, but most times, it has been a good meat to fat ratio. 😋🥓

I absolutely love this bacon, yes it's very thick but one piece will do you and it is great tasting. Got that good pork rind flavor is great for flouring brown beans extremely salty so drink lots of water lol
