Good for clearing out the nasal passageways. Add boiled plantain and let cool in a saline mixture to help draw out unwanted obstructions.

Excellent for an herbal bath
This is also known as Ribwort and is known for healing properties. We boil two handfuls for 30 minutes then strain and put into a bath that is taken for 30 minutes followed by a cool, quick rinse in under 30 seconds.
