Directions
Instructions
1.) Gently wash trays with a few drops of soap and water then rinse/dry thoroughly. Please do not allow the white circle attached
to the trays to get wet.
2.) Dry teeth with a sterile cloth or paper towel. Insert trays into mouth.
3.) Click once for Blue LED session or twice for DUAL Blue/Red LED session.
4.) When the Automatic Timer turns the unit off, (10-15 minutes) remove trays from mouth. Rinse mouth and wash/dry the trays thoroughly. Store your Gum Light in a sterile, dry place.
5.) Charging Instructions: The heart-shape of the included USB charging cord magnetically attaches to the backside of the white circle, and
the other end of cord plugs into a USB port. NOTE: If the trays are flashing or the unit won’t turn on, it needs to be charged. When the charger is attached, you cannot begin a session -- remove the charger before starting a session. Lights may continue to flash while unit is charging.
Use once a day for best results. May use up to 3X per day.
6.) For best protection of your eyes, place lights in your mouth before turning it on and do not leave lights on when not in your mouth.

well it definitely works. it will buy you some time if you have dental pain without a dentist. it won't come close to taking the extreme pain away but it does help some. also try salt water rinse, oil pulling, DMSO, ionic silver, tumeric, clove oil, black seed oil... tooth will still hurt but it will definitely feel better. good luck 🤝♥️

Well I am having issues in my mouth but waiting for appointments. I love this device! It feels good in my mouth and my pain has resolved- I do not think this is a coincidence! It is very convenient - I can even use it in the car! It seems also to clean the plaque in my mouth - I wish I had this years ago! I do not particularly care for the way it charges - it's easy to knock it loose off the charger and the blinking of the device while charging is a good indicator but no always convenient. I have adapted however. Cleaning it is touchy bec you don't want to get the attached battery wet but with a toothbrush you can easily clean it. Get yourself some kind of case for it. It's well worth the effort and I think everyone should have one of these, truly!
