We operate six semis mostly on dirt roads, dealing with frequent flat tires. I had previously looked at similar tools priced around $400, but stumbling upon this set for just over $100 made me order it immediately. The three-prong tool is the first step. Breaking the bead involves stepping on the tool to push it between the tire and wheel, prying up, and the outside is off. The next step might be a bit tricky initially. You need to get the top lip inside the tire, but once you feel it, prying up again removes the tire. It takes about 15 seconds once you get the hang of it. The pry tool is the second part, and it works even better than my favorite spoon due to its nice angle and good length for leverage. Overall, I regret not buying them sooner. Despite my initial concerns about their quality due to the low price, they've proven to be effective. If you deal with fixing or swapping more than two or three tires, they pay for themselves. Additionally, they significantly reduce the time spent. While I thought I was fast with a couple of spoons, swapping a tire took me 3-5 minutes. Now, I can probably do it in 1 minute if everything works right. Pro tip: Using lube definitely helps; we use soapy water or Murphy's.
