SQ SILICONE STEAMER

I had been considering the other microwave steamer on Starfrit but had a cut of salmon that's a square so this one was better suited. It worked out great! I usually steam frozen veggies in an open bowl, but they turn out a lot nicer in this container than they would normally. I made a meal of salmon with cream of asparagus on top, cooked in the steamer, and served it with a wild rice blend. Such a lovely meal! It's a bit heavier than I expected, but it works flawlessly and is easy to clean.
