Great, sharp knife.
I have a real problem finding a knife that feels comfortable in my hand. I have bought many over the years and I must say I love the "grip" handle this knife has on it. The blade is nice and sharp. I liked it so much that today I went in and ordered the 3" paring knife and also the 4" knife. Cannot wait to get them and try them.

this guy has the perfect size, grip, sharpness, clean cut etc etc..LOVE IT........ But as you know, ANY ceramic knife has to be treated with care as if you force it to bending, they break....like a glass...they are rigid but not flexible.

Cuts like a charm
I saw my girlfriend use ceramic knifes in the past and decided that it was time for me to buy one. It cuts like a charm with no effort and in one easy movement. Plus, I discovered that since the blade is ceramic, food does not oxydate (become brown) when it is cut. Do the test. Cut an apple with a ceramic knife and cut another one with a stainless steel blade and watch. Perfect for steak tartare. Be careful not to drop the knife as the blade is ceramic and it might break.
